they stop and ask you to talk
and they'll want to let you know
what you're doing wrong
according to policy
and if you try and provide
feedback they'll say there are
effective channels for that
just not right here and now
but don't feel discouraged
because seriously
there really are channels
that will address your concerns
but in the meantime keep doing
what obviously isn't working
because it works for other people
so even if it isn't working for you
and it's hurting the company
and the customers it doesn't matter
because that's how it done
no matter how frustrating it is
and how bad it makes you
and the company
and the customers look

so yeah, that's all we needed to talk about
