uniformity and conformity
are the two words you
will not hear anyone say
but they are the order of the day
if you propose something new
or attempt to voice some
new perspective
you'd better have a collective
if you don't you'll be ignored
shunned and despised
until you are miserable
all to keep the coffers full
to be yourself in the New Fade
is to embrace a contradiction,
or in other words
it's for the birds
